Experienced Electrical BIM Modeler

• Intermediate to Advanced Autodesk Revit skills – essential
• Strong electrical BIM modelling and documentation experience
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Understanding of BIM coordination and document control processes
• Aconex experience – highly regarded
• AutoCAD experience – advantageous
• Navisworks experience – advantageous
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and building services documentation
• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a BIM Modeler
• Demonstrated experience with Electrical Building Services
• Strong knowledge of relevant Australian/New Zealand Standards
• Electrical lighting systems
• LV power reticulation
• Communications systems
• Building services coordination
• Experience within an electrical contractor or building services contractor environment is preferred, but not essential
• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Building Design or equivalent qualification – favourable

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
