IDP is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to the design, refinement, and embedment of the Student Placement Quality Management framework.

This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on shaping scalable metrics, controls, and assurance processes that align audit outcomes, regulatory requirements, and day‑to‑day operations.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Quality & Assurance and collaborate across Operations, Technology, Product, Regional leadership, Risk, and Internal Audit to ensure consistency, efficiency, and sustainable uplift.

This is a full time-permanent opportunity based out of Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and evolution of the Student Placement Quality Management SystemDesign and implement metrics, controls, and assurance models that are practical, scalable, and data‑drivenMap and operationalise key regulatory requirements (AQF, ESOS, ISO 9001)Develop artefacts including process maps, control flows, and RACI modelsIdentify and reduce duplication across assurance and operational processesUse audit findings and assurance insights to drive sustainable improvement initiativesSupport quality embedment, risk visibility, and audit readinessEnable alignment between documented processes, Ways of Working, and actual practiceInfluence stakeholders with clear analysis and pragmatic recommendations

What You Bring

Senior experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, or Business Assurance rolesProven experience in audit, control uplift, or assurance environmentsStrong capability in designing frameworks, metrics, and scalable controlsExperience translating regulatory requirements into operational processesStrong process mapping, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsExperience working with audit, risk, or compliance‑adjacent functionsAbility to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomesExperience in global or multi‑regional organisations (advantageous)
