We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef who is committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team. To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following: ?

Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service ? 2 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ? Qualifications in commercial cookery - Cert IV or higher ?

Flexible availability ? Strong leadership, motivational and people skills ? Effective communication skills ?

About Company  The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties: ? Designing and updating menu and prices as per the needs of the business. ? Consistently ensuring all dishes are prepared to our high standard.

? Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other kitchen-related duties. ? Monitor and record inventory and, if necessary, order supplies. ? Ensure OH&S and food hygiene requirements are met.
