We support NDIS participants (aged 16 to end of life) living with physical, neurological, intellectual and developmental disabilities, alongside older Australians accessing My Aged Care services.

You'll work with a diverse caseload across NDIS and My Aged Care, including:

• Assistive Technology prescription and trials

• Minor and complex Home Modifications

• Intervention and capacity building

• Functional Capacity Assessments

• Cognitive and sensory assessments

• Clinical report writing

• Working collaboratively with participants, families, and stakeholders.

• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Any experience level welcome - salary dependent on experience

• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

• National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
