We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and get real exposure to legal practice from day one.
The RoleWe are seeking an early year law student to join our team as a casual paralegal ranging from 1 - 2 days per week. You'll work directly alongside our Principal, gaining broad exposure across the day-to-day operations of the firm. Responsibilities will include:Assisting with the running of matters and opening of new filesLegal researchDocument draftingCreating marketing material for our social media channelsGeneral administrative tasksMeeting with clientsAnswering phone callsOther paralegal duties as requiredAbout YouWe're not looking for a finished product — we're looking for potential. You'll be a great fit if you are:Well presented and able to articulate yourself clearly and confidentlyA quick learner, comfortable picking up new tasks and systemsCustomer-service oriented, with a friendly and professional mannerCompetent with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsCurrently studying at university (early years welcome)No prior experience is necessary — though any legal, customer service, or admin experience will be regarded favourably.
