Role Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Team. This role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

You will act as a key liaison between the CEO, executive leadership team, and internal and external stakeholders — ensuring smooth coordination, proactive problem-solving, and a professional standard of operations at all times.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and communications
• Provide proactive executive support to the executive team
• Assist with project and initiative tracking, reporting, and follow-ups
• Organise executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage action items
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and improve systems for efficiency
• Support the delivery of strategic initiatives and business priorities
