Security, Communications & Dry Fire Estimator- Relocate to the Central Coast

Crossmuller is looking for a Security & Communications Estimator to join our growing team in the Central Coast.

Located in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast, this role is ideal for Sydney-based professionals looking to trade the city commute for a better lifestyle while working on complex, high-profile projects across Australia.

Working across industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and infrastructure projects, you'll develop competitive tenders and solutions for CCTV, access control, communications, fibre and integrated technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, tenders and cost estimates

• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation

• Develop labour, material and subcontractor costings

• Obtain supplier pricing and evaluate proposals

• Identify risks, scope gaps and value engineering opportunities

• Work closely with project teams to develop practical solutions

Core Requirements

• Experience estimating security, communications, and dry fire projects

• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control and communications systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Experience preparing tenders and proposals

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant technical or trade qualification

• Current Driver Licence and White Card

Preferred Experience

• Design & Construct project experience

• Security Licence

• Fibre optic and integrated technology systems experience

• Industrial, manufacturing or infrastructure project exposure

• Experience working across multidisciplinary projects
