• Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering theory to practical challenges
• Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal and with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask for help when needed
• Genuine interest in the resources, mining, or heavy industrial sector
