1st and 2nd Year Hairdressing Apprentices

The Little Salon Mosman is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic 1st and 2nd Year Hairdressing Apprentices to join our warm, welcoming, and encouraging salon environment.

Whether you’re just beginning your hairdressing journey or already have some salon experience, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about hair, eager to learn and excited to build a rewarding career in the industry.

At The Little Salon, we’re passionate about teaching and supporting the next generation of hairdressers. You’ll work alongside our experienced stylists, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills, confidence, and creativity in a supportive salon environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior stylists with clients and salon services

• Learning and developing shampooing, blow-drying, styling, colouring and cutting techniques

• Providing a warm and professional experience for every client

• Preparing clients and work areas for salon services

• Learning about professional haircare products and providing appropriate client care

• Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the salon

• Maintaining high standards of salon presentation, cleanliness and hygiene

• Participating in training and taking an active role in developing your hairdressing skills

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, friendly, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in hairdressing.
