Customer Service Attendant – Dural Club

Our General Manager for Dural Club is currently recruiting for Customer Service Attendants to the team working at our Dural Club location located at 662A Old Northern Rd, Dural NSW 2158.

Please note: Dural Club has very limited access to public transportation. Successful candidates will need to have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle or be prepared to utilise ride sharing in the absence of public transport.

We’re seeking to fill:

• All-rounder casual positions with the ability to work within a roster that could include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend requirements. The all-rounder position has the below core Food & Beverage and Gaming functions:

Food & Beverage role:

• Engaging with customers to manage and make recommendations regarding food and beverage orders.
• Cash handling and use of POS to manage orders.
• Barista, bar and functions (setup and reset of function space).

Gaming role:

• Bartending and delivering food offerings.
• Cash handling and assistance with payouts.
• Troubleshooting gaming machines and providing information regarding the venue and promotions.

About you:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including: school holidays, public holiday, nights, and weekend work.
• Enjoys developing relationships with our members, guests, and fellow teammates.
• Exceptional grooming and presentation.
• Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, gaming attendant or barista in a hospitality venue (highly desirable).
• RSA & RCG.
