Embrace Community Care is seeking a motivated and caring person to join our team as a Team Leader in Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disability and wants to develop their leadership skills within a supportive community services environment.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our services and support our team to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting and guiding Support WorkersAssisting with day-to-day service coordinationCommunicating with participants, families and staffHelping ensure supports are delivered according to participant needsSupporting staff with day-to-day questions and concernsMaintaining accurate records and documentationPromoting a positive, respectful and inclusive environmentFollowing Embrace Community Care policies, procedures and NDIS requirementsEscalating concerns and incidents to management when required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Caring, reliable and responsibleA confident communicatorOrganised and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable working as part of a teamWilling to learn and develop leadership skillsPassionate about supporting people with disabilityRespectful of participant choice, dignity and independenceAble to work independently when required
