• Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

• Complete test drives, presentations, handovers, and follow-up communications

• Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have Premium/Prestige automotive sales experience

• Proven success in new car sales within a dealership environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• High level of professionalism and personal presentation

• Drive, energy, and a passion for the BMW brand

• Current Australian manual driver’s licence
