Store Person/Warehouse Operator

About the role

The Reflex Group, which is based and operates throughout the UK, USA, and Europe, has been established in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market for over 3 years. Following the successful acquisition of Designed To Stick in Tingalpa, Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced Storeperson / Warehouse Operator to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business with a strong team culture and a modern, well-organised facility.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing and dispatching customer shipments

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods

• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift

• Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records

• Organising and maintaining warehouse storage locations

• Liaising with suppliers, freight companies, and internal departments

• Ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures

• General warehouse and stores duties as required

About you

• A current Forklift Licence (LF)

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a stores or warehouse environment

• Proven experience in picking and packing orders

• Proven experience in shipping and dispatching goods

• Proven experience in receiving and checking incoming stock

• Proven experience working with supplier deliveries and freight carriers

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A proactive, hands-on approach to work

• Good organisational and time management skills
