About the role

• Provide strategic return to work advice across a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims to ultimately reduce the premium impact of claims

• Educate relevant client stakeholders and injured employees to ensure awareness of best practice and risk management practices 

• Ensure all client needs are met by taking a holistic approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery

• Regular client meetings aligned to your clients expectations as well as prioritising building strategic relationships with key contacts to develop relationships at all levels

Qualifications and Experience

• Case Management or consulting experience in injury management or return to work programs 

• Allied health qualifications (physio, osteo etc) or other relevant education is desirable but not required

• Ability to multi task and managing complex matters within the portfolio

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
