Day to Day

• Win work and help grow the Canberra client base
• Deliver high-quality civil and structural engineering projects
• Build strong connections with clients and stakeholders
• Recruit, mentor, and help shape the local team
• Balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and business growth

Essential

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural), ideally Chartered or working towards chartership
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior engineering role, with a proven ability in project delivery and client relationship management
• Experience using engineering software such as SPACEGASS, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, STRAND7, or equivalent
• Strong local market connections in Canberra, particularly across the development, commercial, and medium to high-density building sectors
