Introduction

Optimizely Expert Services is a team of Optimizely SMEs delivering a range of consulting and implementation services for our customers and partners across the APAC region.

Our work varies, from Technical Account Management (TAM) consulting and advisory services, to hands-on implementation services ranging from smaller engagements such as CMS upgrades, to larger projects including full implementations, and ongoing retainer based Subscription Services.

We rely on a variety of technologies and tooling to deliver outcomes for our customers, including traditional and AI tools such as Optimizely Opal, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and others, as part of how we work.

Job Responsibilities

Consult with customers on Optimizely products including Opal, CMS, CMP, Commerce, Experimentation, Analytics, and moreLead delivery engagements, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and ongoing retainer engagements as a dedicated Optimizely expertSupport the broader Optimizely and Expert Services business in APJ, collaborating across teams to help the practice grow and succeed in region.

Knowledge And Experience

Hands-on experience with one (or more) Optimizely products, in a real project context.8+ years in digital delivery, consulting or professional services roles, with a strong background in website development, architecture, content, optimisation, or commerce.An open mind toward an AI first delivery model. If your current environment hasn't allowed it, that's fine. If you're opposed to it, this probably isn't the right fit.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
