The Jo Malone London Stylist will be responsible for promoting and selling Jo Malone London's products, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating ongoing customer relationships. The Jo Malone London Stylist will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance and inventory.

Qualifications

To be successful you will need to have:

Previous retail experience with the Sales/Goal driven environmentOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsImpeccable grooming with a professional demeanour and stylist appearanceTracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectationsA pro-active approach with sales and customersPositive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learnAbility to cultivate and maintain customer relationshipsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as neededPassion for the fragrance industry and knowledge of fragrance components and ingredients is a plusExcellent command of the English language and speaking a second language would be advantageous
