We're recruiting Personal Trainesr for Anytime Fitness, with an opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of their business while receiving the support needed to grow it.

Whether you've just finished your qualifications or already have industry experience, this is designed for someone who wants more than gym access.

You'll receive structure, mentoring and practical business development while building your own client base inside the club.

You'll deliver personalised coaching and training programs while actively building relationships with members.

You'll learn how to identify opportunities, conduct quality consultations and turn great client experiences into retention and referrals.

You don't need to know everything on day one.

You do need to be willing to communicate, implement feedback and take consistent action.

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them

• Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain them

• Strong communication skills

• A professional and proactive attitude

• Genuine ambition to build a fitness business
