About the role
The Intake and Assessment Worker supports the timely intake and assessment of students referred to the Navigator Program.
In this role, you will use assertive outreach strategies to engage positively with young people and their families, undertake initial assessments and coordinate the documentation required to commence the program’s triage and intake processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will have demonstrated experience providing outreach support or case management to young people aged 12 to 17 who are disengaged from education, socially isolated or at risk of disengagement.
