SENIOR CABINET MAKER / JOINER - High-End Residential

We're looking for a senior Cabinet Maker / Joiner who knows their craft inside out - someone who can step onto site, take ownership, and deliver a flawless result without being micromanaged.

This role suits a tradesperson who's confident working independently, takes pride in precision, and enjoys the balance of workshop manufacturing and high-end installations on site.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manufacture and assemble custom joinery with accuracy and efficiency
• Independently install joinery on high-end residential projects
• Read and interpret detailed drawings with confidence
• Deliver clean, precise work with a strong eye for detail
• Take ownership of your work on site - from setup to final finish

Who You Are

• Solid experience in custom residential joinery
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in custom residential joinery required
• Comfortable leading yourself on site with minimal supervision
• Strong installation experience - you know how to get things right first time
• Advanced complex installation experience essential for handling challenging residential projects
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
• Own tools required
• CNC experience is a bonus, not essential
