PCM Group is seeking experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our team for a long-term industrial project in Mackay, QLD.
This is an excellent opportunity for Mackay-based scaffolders looking for consistent, long-term employment close to home, without the uncertainty of short-term shutdown work.
The project is expected to run for 15 months or longer, providing genuine job security and continuity of work.

The Role

• Local Mackay project
• Monday to Friday roster
• 15+ months of ongoing work
• Consistent hours and reliable workload
• Industrial scaffolding works
• Immediate and upcoming starts available
• Opportunity for ongoing employment across PCM Group projects

What We're Looking For To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
• Previous industrial or heavy construction scaffolding experience
• Construction White Card
• Current Working at Heights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable attitude and ability to work as part of a team
