Service Delivery Manager (Practice Manager)

Geriatric Care Australia (GCA) is looking for an impact-driven Service Delivery Manager (Practice Manager) to help us grow access to care for older people.
At GCA, we offer every older Australian, irrespective of geographic location, culture, financial status or background, with access to bulk-billed medical care. Our geriatricians, GPs, nurse practitioners and registered nurses deliver more than 20,000 reviews each year—onsite in aged care, retirement living and the community, as well as via telehealth, across every Australian state and territory. The result is measurable improvements in access, quality of care and patient outcomes.
We’re looking for someone to lead our clinical service delivery engine end-to-end.
The Service Delivery Manager role is an important leadership role which ensures care is delivered at the right place at the right time. This includes coordination with our specialist doctors, facilities and GPs while working with patient / carer needs in a compassionate manner.

The role responsibilities include:Lead our Sydney care coordination team and offshore administration teamLead scheduling and clinician utilisation across a clinical workforceOwn Medicare billing operations and billing integrityBuild the systems, processes and SOPs that enable quality at scaleOnboard new clinicians, facilities and programs as we continue to grow
We’re looking for someone who has:Experience as a Practice Manager or Service Delivery Manager in a high-performing multi-doctor practice or healthcare organisationSuccessfully onboarded clinicians, improved utilisation and supported business growthStrong Medicare/MBS knowledgeA passion for systems, continuous improvement and operational excellenceThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
