We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth, dealer relationships, and market development in the booming earthmoving and heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Zoomlion's market share across regions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, fleet operators, and key decision-makers in the construction, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors.

• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and product positioning.

• Work closely with the national sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and after-sales support.

• Represent Zoomlion at industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote brand visibility.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management within earthmoving, heavy equipment, or construction machinery industries.

• Strong understanding of heavy equipment applications, including excavators, loaders, cranes, and material handling machinery.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Results-driven with the ability to work autonomously while achieving sales targets.

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within state and occasionally interstate.

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
