A bit about us:

Gregory Hills Hotel is an iconic pub located in Southwest Sydney. Built from scratch and sitting right in the heart of the Gregory Hills community, it features live entertainment, a sports bar, family dining, a children’s play area and much more. Whether you are in the mood to watch the game with friends over a crafty or grab a cocktail and enjoy some live music, the pub has something for people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas

• Dispose of rubbish and adhere to hygiene and safety standards

• Restock kitchen supplies as needed

• Support the team during busy service periods

About You:

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand, ideally in a high-volume venue

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Available to work Monday–Sunday (days and nights)

• Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards
