About the role
We are excited to present an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join our thriving multidisciplinary private practice committed to delivering top-notch, client-focused care for individuals across all age groups.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the chance to work with both adults and children, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on their communication and swallowing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients across various age groupsDeliver evidence-based therapies and interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disordersCollaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and physiotherapists, to provide comprehensive care for clientsEducate clients and their families regarding communication strategies and therapy objectivesMaintain precise documentation and progress notes in accordance with practice protocolsParticipate in continual professional development and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications:
A recognised degree in Speech PathologyCurrent registration with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (or equivalent)Experience working with both adults and children is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to applyAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamA commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices
