Personal Care Worker

Location - Footscray, Melbourne VIC

$36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefits

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Westhaven residential aged care home in Footscray, VIC

You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Casual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (Weekdays availability is preferred)

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
• Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
• Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment

About you:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Weekdays availability is preferred
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
• Compassionate, reliable and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care
