Car Accessory Fitter

Hidden Valley Ford and Subaru Darwin is seeking a reliable and experienced Car Accessory Fitter to join our busy dealership team.

This hands-on role involves fitting a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to new and customer vehicles. You will play an important part in ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Fitting tub liners, bull bars, towbars and suspension components

• Installing roller shutters, hard lids, canopies and roof racks

• Fitting vehicle lighting and other 12V accessories

• Ensuring all accessories are installed safely and correctly

• Inspecting completed work to maintain high quality standards

• Treating customer vehicles with care and respect

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop

• Reporting any vehicle damage, incidents or safety concerns

• Assisting with other dealership duties when required

• Working towards individual and departmental KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous accessory fitting experience, preferably within the automotive industry

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Good communication and organisational skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills

• A professional and reliable approach

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

• A current NT driver’s licence
