At Lexus & Toyota of Parramatta we are bringing a “new look” to Pre-Owned Vehicle sales.  Join us and you will be joining a successful and future-focussed team in the heart of Parramatta at one of Sydney’s most experienced dealerships. As a high-performing, high-volume dealership, our Pre-Owned team has seen a 40% increase in monthly sales since an effective restructure including hiring a dedicated buyer.  We are looking for a professional and polished individual to join our team. Its preferable you have a track record in achieving sale targets and a flair for building excellent customer relationships - but we're willing to provide the training needed if you have the potential to succeed.

To be successful in the role you need….

• Sales and customer relationship experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, willingness to learn and an ability to meet sales targets

• Impeccable presentation & a professional can-do attitude

• Energy & passion for creating positive guest experiences 

• Great organisational & time management skills, mathematical aptitude & proven team player

• Current NSW drivers' licence & an ability to drive manual vehicles
