About the Role

Working in our Shoring, Trench & Safety Equipment division, As a Customer Service Representative at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch in Brisbane, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for equipment and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a high level of customer service 

• Work with internal team to facilitate efficient hire operations 

• Attend to all customer and supplier enquiries

• Generate hire contracts and purchase orders

• Develop and maintain high levels of product knowledge 

• Support sales, marketing, and business development
  

About You

• Exceptional customer service skills and well organised administration skills

• High level of administration and computer literacy

• Clear communication with a professional phone manner

• Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self-motivated

• Multi-tasking in a high-volume environment

• Experience in using CRM or ERP system
