Junior Administrative Assistant

Minic Property Group is looking for a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organised, confident and eager to build a long-term career in Real Estate.

The right candidate may have the opportunity to undertake a supported traineeship and work towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate, subject to eligibility and enrolment requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for clients, including inbound enquiries and outbound calls.
• Manage agency agreements, contracts for sale, identification checks, compliance documents, deposits and accurate file records.
• Coordinate listing and marketing campaigns, including photography, floorplans, signboards, online listings, brochures and campaign launches.
• Support the sales process from offer acceptance through settlement, including unconditional status.
• Liaise professionally with solicitors, conveyancers, buyers, vendors, agents and suppliers.
• Maintain CRM and database records, prepare appraisal and listing presentations, coordinate appointments and open homes, and assist with reporting.
• Provide dependable day-to-day administrative support to the agents and wider sales team.

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in Real Estate.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident written, verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
• A proactive, punctual and reliable approach, with the confidence to use initiative.
• Comfort using computers, office systems, and a willingness to learn new platforms.
• Ability to manage priorities & contribute positively within a fast-paced environment.
• Previous administration, customer service or Real Estate experience is welcome.
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport are preferred.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
