About the Role:

As a Senior Social Worker/Senior Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions to clients across the lifespan through both in-person and telehealth services. Working under the general direction of the Principal Clinical Psychologist, you'll manage a varied caseload, undertake individual, couple, family and group therapy, collaborate with referrers and other health professionals, and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement.

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

• AASW membership as a Social Worker or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.

• Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based mental health assessment and treatment.

• Strong understanding of mental health legislation, ethics and best practice.

• Experience working with diverse communities, including First Nations and culturally diverse clients.

• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
