About the Role:
As a Senior Social Worker/Senior Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions to clients across the lifespan through both in-person and telehealth services. Working under the general direction of the Principal Clinical Psychologist, you'll manage a varied caseload, undertake individual, couple, family and group therapy, collaborate with referrers and other health professionals, and contribute to service quality and continuous improvement.
About You:
To be successful, you will have:
AASW membership as a Social Worker or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based mental health assessment and treatment.
Strong understanding of mental health legislation, ethics and best practice.
Experience working with diverse communities, including First Nations and culturally diverse clients.
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
