You're a closer. You've sold high-ticket before to 3K, 5K, even 10K+ and you're ready to win inside a fast-moving machine.

You don't want hand-holding. You want leads, leverage, and a clear target. You want to earn big and be part of something that's scaling to fast.

At Mint Invest, we help Australians build wealth through strategic property. We've helped 100+ clients unlock 150K to 500K in equity gains. We’ve reached 7 figures and we’re scaling and we're only engaging proven closers to help drive that.

How you're engaged

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. You'll operate under your own ABN (GST-registered) and be engaged under Mint Invests standard Independent Contractor Agreement. There's no base, no retainer, and no superannuation to you're in business for yourself, working with us. The best candidates will be from the industry or an adjacent field such as Buyers Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners, Accountants, and Wealth Advisors etc. We’re not opposed to those with existing non competing businesses who want to join us and still run their other business alongside this opportunity with Mint Invest.

What you'll do

Run 3-6 pre-qualified appointments a week, supplied by us to our strongest performers confirm these with their own pre-call and consistently land a high show-up rate beyond 50%.

Use our Lighthaus AI platform to give clients sharp, data-backed property insights

Show clients how our strategy has helped others build 150K+ in equity

Convert appointments into signed, settled deals

Supplement your booked appointments with your own network and our 21,000+ contact database to self-sourced deals may attract an additional bonus commission, detailed in your contractor agreement

Commission

9,000 to 15,000 (plus GST) per settled deal, scaling with the value of the transaction.

Commission is paid in two instalments in line with the builder's payment schedule to Mint Invest to the majority of your commission on receipt of the builder's first payment, with the balance released roughly 12 months later when the builder's second payment is received. Full terms are set out in your Independent Contractor Agreement. To earn the top mark, you need to support the client guidance team in getting the client from EOI to completion.

As a guide: one deal a month is 9K to 15K (+GST); two to three a month is 18K to 45K (+GST). Uncapped to entirely down to what you close.

Who you are

2+ years closing high-ticket (3K to 5K+) in property, finance, coaching or consulting

You've run your own business or worked commission-only and thrived

You treat your pipeline like a business to because as a contractor, it is one

Thick skin, big energy, serious hunger

You manage your own diary, and you're happy to meet clients evenings or weekends or zoom, the office, a nice hotel lobby bar/restaurant when that's what the deal needs

You see a 21,000+ contact database and think: "That's gold"

You take full ownership and with the dollars and opportunity up for grabs you don’t blame others, or say things like the leads aren’t fully qualified, the appointment setter didn’t warm them up properly etc. You acknowledge it's all in your hands and in your control.

The fact that we have exclusive access to 50 lots in one of the fastest growing regions in Australia and further 20 on preference access across other growth corridors will mean you see this as a business opportunity and is something you will nurture to extract the best outcomes for your clients, yourself and the business.

You just want to get on with it, how the business runs, who makes what, what people do is all noise, you’re focused on what you’re bringing to the table and how this will improve your clients lives and their legacies as well as your own.

If you valid qualifications as a buyer’s agent or hold a certification of registration that would give you preference. 

Bonus: you’ve been exposed to and know PIA, Core Logic, or how to map a property strategy or have used similar tools.

We see this almost like an athletic event to it's a contact sport. Competitive. You don't like to lose, and neither do we. We play to win, we track the scoreboard, and we celebrate the big wins together.

The process

We're engaging 3 to 4 contractors to start. Experience tells us that in the first 4-6 weeks, this naturally narrows to the 1-2 best performers who move into an ongoing contracting relationship with Mint Invest.

Information evening (first intake): Thursday evening 13th August, 200 George Street, Sydney

Information evening (second intake): Thursday evening 20 August, 200 George Street, Sydney

Final interviews: Tuesday 25th August to Thursday 3rd September

Contracts issued: by Friday 4th September.

Training week: commencing Tuesday 8 September (3 days intensive)

First live client meetings: week commencing Monday 14th September
