Hygiene Technician (Washroom Services) – Immediate Start

Flick Canberra Commercial is seeking a reliable and motivated Hygiene Technician (Washroom Services) to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a full-time role with early starts and early finishes, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while delivering a high standard of service. Full training is provided — no prior hygiene or cleaning experience required.

You’ll be supplied with a company vehicle, uniform, and all equipment needed to succeed in the role.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining hygiene units in commercial men’s and women’s washrooms across Canberra and surrounding areas.

Your duties will include:

• Servicing and replenishing washroom hygiene units

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at client sites

• Following health, safety, and company procedures

• Providing professional and friendly service to customers

• Using mobile technology to track and complete jobs

• Identifying and reporting service issues or improvement opportunities

Some regional travel may be required.

• A valid full Australian driver’s licence

• Physically fit and comfortable with the nature of the role

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

• Confident using a smartphone or tablet for job tracking

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
