About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) within Anaesthetics. This new ANUM position will be Part time 0.6 EFT ongoing.
The ANUM has delegated responsibility from the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide management and leadership to staff, ensuring clinical practice is consistent with RCH expectations of Great Care and Australian Nurses and Midwifery Council standards.
The Anaesthetic ANUM will work in collaboration with the Anaesthetic Assistant Team Manager, sharing responsibility for leading the team cooperatively and cohesively.
Classification for this role is YW11 - YW12 ($120,416.40 - $124,472.40 per annum plus super pro rata)
