The Role

Versatile Group is seeking driven and detail-oriented Project Engineers to join our team on internal mixed-use developments in the CBD and city fringe. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience on projects we fully control, allowing you to understand the nuances of internal development while strengthening your skills on high-profile, complex builds.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and execute projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery

• Manage bids and subcontractor submissions

• Oversee documentation, budgets, and progress claims

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, clients, and subcontractors

• Monitor QA/WHS compliance and review deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer with at least one delivered project

• Experience or interest in structures, façade, fit-out, or building services

• Exposure to large mixed-use developments highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of engineering, construction processes, and Australian standards

• Proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset
