Full-Time Chef – Slice Pizza and Pasta Bar Hobart

Slice Pizza and Pasta Bar Hobart is seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our team at our Hobart CBD location.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas and pasta in Italian-style
• Ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation and service
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery or related field
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $77,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
