We are currently seeking motivated Chiropractic Associates to join our dynamic team!

BackFit is a true multidisciplinary practice that provides personalized chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, and pain management services to our patients. We are looking for coachable, outgoing, Chiropractors with growth mindsets who can perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified individuals will learn our EMR, business practices, and protocols. Mentorship and training in day-to-day practice will be provided. Opportunities to advance to a Clinic Director will be considered for exceptional candidates who can step into a leadership role.

Requirements

Valid Arizona DC and PT LicenseMANUAL adjustment skills necessarySelf-motivated, outgoing personality with positive attitude and compassion to help peopleGreat work ethic with problem solving skillsCoachable, high level communication skills with high capacity to learnMust be willing to learn training systems and scripts

Duties Include

Initial physical patient exams and re-examsEvaluation and Management with Re-examinations to determine progress of careTaking and interpreting x-raysWriting and delivering Plans of CareManaging new patient cases as well as existing casesPerforming adjustments of the spine and extremitiesConsulting with internal and external medical providers to maximize patient recoveryEnter daily notes into EMR
