About the role
About The Role
Join the Grampians Safer Together Program and help drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and healthcare outcomes across the region. Working in partnership with Safer Care Victoria and health services throughout the Grampians Local Health Service Network, you'll build improvement capability, support the delivery of priority projects and promote evidence‑based approaches to system improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence change at a regional level while working with a passionate team committed to safer healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of Safer Together Program priority projectsProvide quality improvement coaching to participating servicesDeliver and coordinate improvement education and trainingSupport regional quality, safety and morbidity review initiativesAnalyse outcomes and prepare reports on project performanceShare learnings and improvement strategies across the network
Skills & Experience
Experience in healthcare quality improvement initiativesImprovement methodology qualification or equivalent experienceAbility to interpret healthcare data and measure outcomesStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsAbility to work independently and across multiple services
