Bar Supervisor | NOMAD Sydney

Nestled in a sleek converted warehouse in Surry Hills, stands NOMAD Sydney. With a large open kitchen and bar, as well as an intimate private dining room, NOMAD Sydney has been an institution in Sydney for over a decade.Inspiration pulled from travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East paired with a strong belief that Australia has some of the world's best produce, is what has shaped the venue's identity. 

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our talented team and continue delivering an exceptional bar experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about premium hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people as much as creating memorable guest experiences.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience in managing premium restaurant or cocktail bars, as a Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, Australian spirits and producers and wine

• Experience training and developing bartenders

• Experience with beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, wastage, labour management and service management

• Ability to work collaboratively within the wider management team across FOH, BOH and Wine to ensure excellence in guest experience
