Are you an experienced retail professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Romeo’s Retail Group is seeking motivated and hands-on Department Leaders to support our stores across metropolitan South Australia.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking proactive and reliable team members who:

• Have previous experience in supermarket or retail environments

• Have leadership or supervisory experience within a department or team

• Can support store operations while leading by example on the shop floor

• Have strong organisational and communication skills

• Bring a positive, customer-focused, and solutions-driven attitude

• Are physically fit and capable of hands-on tasks, including stock handling

• Are flexible to work across varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily department operations

• Deliver high standards of presentation, merchandising, and customer service

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management

• Support training, coaching, and development of team members

• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures

• Work collaboratively with Store Managers and leadership teams to achieve store goals
