What’s the role?

You’ll be right in the thick of it, teaming up with Relationship Managers and Directors to support some of Australia’s most iconic businesses. You'll help customers bring their ambitions to life through tailored banking solutions and seamless service.

Based in Adelaide / Tarndanya, Kaurna Country, this permanent full time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of customers while building valuable relationships and delivering great outcomes. You'll support transaction execution, contribute to credit and risk discussions and help ensure every customer experience runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative team that values curiosity, customer focus and continuous learning.

What do I need?

• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• A proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Experience within commercial banking, corporate banking or hospitality finance.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence preparing credit submissions and proposals.
• Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
