Do you know your way around an HR truck, aren’t afraid of a bit of hard work.

We’re chasing a reliable HR Driver with Controlled Waste Ticket to join our crew delivering portable toilets, servicing sites, pumping waste tanks, and helping keep the Southwest’s worksites running smoothly (and smelling slightly better).

Yes… there’s poo involved.
No… it’s not as bad as everyone thinks.
And yes… we absolutely make toilet jokes daily.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and relocating portable toilets & construction sheds

• Pumping out waste tanks fortnightly (someone’s gotta do it)

• Cleaning and preparing toilets for hire

• Helping out around the yard

• Looking after customers and building good relationships on site

• Knowing the supervisors by name because you’ll become part of the crew

We take pride in our work — clean gear, reliable service, and turning up when we say we will. Our drivers are the face of the company, so being friendly and professional matters just as much as handling the truck.

🧻 What We’re Looking For

You’ll Need:

HR Licence
White Card
A good attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work independently
Sense of humour (mandatory)

Bonus Points For:

⭐ Controlled Waste Licence
⭐ Forklift Ticket
⭐ Fatigue Management
⭐ Experience with vacuum trucks or liquid waste
⭐ Knowing the Southwest better than Google Maps
