Garden Maintenance Worker

Garden Culture provides gardening, lawn mowing, and grounds maintenance services across Canberra and Queanbeyan. We're looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Hedging, pruning, and trimming plants
• Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance, including ride-on mower operation
• Blowing pathways and general tidy-up
• Weeding, mulching, and planting
• Small landscaping projects

What we're looking for:

• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills
• Reliable, with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and customer service etiquette
• Commitment to quality workmanship and work health and safety

Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance would be great but isn't essential – we're happy to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
