Customer Enquiry Officer (Fixed Term Full Time Opportunity for 12 months)

In this role, you'll:

• You will respond to regulatory program enquiries and provide accurate advice on compliance matters, non-compliance allegations, and information requests from law enforcement agencies.
• You will investigate and resolve customer compliance issues in line with policies, procedures, and decision-making guidelines, escalating complex matters when required.
• You will support customer service excellence by identifying enquiry trends, contributing to reporting, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will maintain and update customer enquiry systems and databases to support evidence-based decision-making, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
