Resident Services Coordinator

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at Raelene Boyle Retirement Village in Aberfeldie. This is a Full Time role working Monday to Friday with an 08:00am start.  

In this role you'll work independently within our village office. If you are organised, enthusiastic and have a passion for people - we'd love to hear from you!  

At Ryman, our Resident Services Coordinator wears many hats. Some duties within this role include:

• Lead the effective delivery of the village resident service functions including; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
• Be responsible for the delivery of resident activities - this includes happy hours (Thursday's are the best day of the week in a Ryman village) and various outings
• Collaborate with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days
  
  

About you

• Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
• Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities 
• Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
• Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
• Place a high emphasis on customer service and work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
• Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated and have very strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Team player and very strong with technology
