We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in this unique tourism and hospitality environment.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance and operational excellence. You will be the face of the business, driving a positive guest experience while developing and mentoring a high-performing team.

This role requires resilience, strong leadership and a hands-on approach to managing a fast-paced hospitality operation. You will work closely with venue leadership and support teams to ensure company objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and compliance.

Ideally, you will have experience in a high-volume restaurant, café, tourism or destination venue and thrive in an environment that demands flexibility, initiative and a passion for hospitality.

To Ensure Your Success in This Role You Will Have:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a hospitality leadership role.
Passion for delivering exceptional food, beverage and customer service experiences.
Experience with recruitment, training, rostering and performance management.
Proven ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and venue management.
Experience driving revenue growth through restaurant operations, events, functions and retail opportunities.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team engagement, coaching and development.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume tourism and hospitality environment.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety, food safety and compliance requirements.
High standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and occasional evening shifts.
