Exciting Career Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Trainee to join our Wagga Wagga branch.

This is a formal traineeship, offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the successful candidate enrolled through MEGT to complete a Certificate III in Business.

It’s the perfect opportunity for a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone looking to change careers and step into the world of sales and business.

This role includes participation in a rotating Saturday roster, typically 1–3 Saturdays per month, depending on staffing levels.

What your Day to Day will look like:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top – tier service and support.

• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assisting with general branch support and administration.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.

The position requires regular manual handling tasks, including picking and packing, and the ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 15kg.
