Sales Engineer (WA & SA) – Shape Major Construction Projects Across WA & SA

As a Sales Engineer in our Concrete Systems Division, you will help drive growth across Western Australia and South Australia by combining technical expertise with commercial acumen.

Working across leading brands including Ramset, Danley and Reid, you will partner with engineers, consultants, contractors, developers and project stakeholders to influence specifications, deliver engineered solutions and support major commercial and infrastructure projects.

This is a highly autonomous role offering variety, ownership and the opportunity to make a direct impact on project outcomes and business performance.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute territory growth plans across WA and SA
• Partner with key retail and distribution partners including Sydney Tools, Total Tools, Konnect, CSS and Synergy.
• Develop and protect specifications by engaging consultants, engineers, developers and contractors.
• Identify and convert major project opportunities by engaging contractors, developers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare designs, technical recommendations, specifications and supporting project documentation.
• Build strong relationships with distribution partners, engineering consultancies, industry influencers and major construction contractors to increase specification and adoption of Concrete Systems solutions.
• Support distribution partners through product training, demonstrations and market engagement activities.
• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Bring

• Degree qualifications in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering consulting, building products or a related industry. Graduate engineers with a strong commercial mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering requirements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to translate customer challenges into practical technical solutions.
• Based in Perth and willing to travel regionally within WA and to South Australia on a monthly basis
