We are looking for a motivated Client Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in helping clients navigate their financial issues

About the role: As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking a debt relief solution. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their financial situation, provide information on available options, and guide them toward the most suitable financial solution with compassion, expertise, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their financial difficulties.
• Educate clients on available insolvency and debt management solutions (e.g., Part IX Debt Agreements, Bankruptcy, Informal Debt Agreements, and Business Insolvency options).
• Build trust and rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct initial financial assessments to determine eligibility for different solutions.
• Collaborate with registered insolvency practitioners and financial advisors to ensure smooth case transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining ethical practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in client engagement, sales, or advisory roles, ideally within the financial, debt management, or insolvency sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help people regain financial stability.
• Understanding of Australian insolvency laws and debt management regulations (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while ensuring compliance with ASIC and AFSA regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
