Bakery FOH manager

Everyday Bread is an established bakery selling fresh artisanal breads, pastries, freshly made sandwiches, coffee and more.

We are looking to recruit a front of house manager to maintain our high standards and to help us keep up with our rapid growth.

To be considered for this position we need you to possess the following

• Experience working in hospitality FOH (some management experience)
• 1 to 2 years experience making good coffee (ideally can hold down a coffee shift)
• An eye for detail
• A strong desire to lead
• A can do attitude
• Physically fit & great personal hygiene
• A Strong interest in food and coffee
• Ordering

In return you will be paid above award wage, work day shift & enjoy a nine day working fortnight.

This is a hands on job that includes working in FOH, serving customers, keeping the shop looking great, assisting and training staff and working collaboratively with the owners to keep customer experience high.
